The stays that you have made through our online Request-A-Stay system can be seen and canceled on the website and app.
On the website
First, login to our website here: https://membership.harvesthosts.com/login Next, go the "Your Lists" drop down menu at the top of the site and select "Upcoming Stays":
Here, you will see the status of your request as pending or approved. If you need to cancel your request, click on the red button and a pop-up box will appear. You can type the reason you are canceling into that box. This message, along with a cancel notification will be sent directly to the Host.
Your upcoming stays list will only populate stays that have been booked through our online Request-A-Stay system. If you book with a Host who prefers to use email, phone, or text, these stays will not populate here, as we have no way to track them.
On the app
To find your stays in the App, you will click the "Stays" icon at the bottom of the home screen.
You will be able to view your Upcoming, Past, and Cancelled stay requests by clicking on the appropriate category under the page title - Stays. By default, this page defaults to your Upcoming Stays.
Click on a stay request in the list to view the details of that request. You will see your stay, whether it is approved or pending, as well as the date of the stay and the requested arrival time.
On the Stay Request details page you can see all the details you need, message the host, and even cancel the request.
Please note: Requests made by phone, email, or text will not appear in this list.
