You can search for hosts that are available using your arrival and departure date.  Log into the member's dashboard and click on Find Hosts.  By default, the search box will open with the "Browse" tab active.

Simply click on the grey box that says Select Travel Dates (optional) and a calendar will pop under allowing you to choose a specific arrival and departure date.   Please note that you must select a subsequent date from the arrival date for your departure date.

Once you have input both the arrival and departure dates, the host map automatically repopulates with hosts that have availability for those dates.
