All messages from our Request to Stay system are auto-generated.  You can reply to a Member of Host from within a Request to Stay communication by clicking the REPLY LINK contained in the message text.  This directs your reply to the appropriate recipient.

Do not click the reply button in your email program for these communications as this will send your reply to our Harvest Host staff instead of the party you intended to communicate with.

If a message comes directly from a host or member (you can tell by looking at the "From" email address), then you can simply click the Reply button in your email program.
