Both Hosts and Members have the opportunity to make reviews about each other, very similar to Airbnb.  


Members review our Hosts

Our members provide a great resource to other members by offering reviews [and photos] of the hosts they have visited. This honest information assists other members when considering a visit to a particular host, as well as often provides specific information on access roads, parking spots, etc.  These reviews are moderated and can take 5-7 business days to be posted to the host page.  We do not filter negative reviews as long as they are not malicious or contain offensive language.  Member reviews of Hosts also enable us to address issues that arise with a host.


Host reviews Harvest Hosts members
Hosts provide reviews of members who have stayed at their location.  These reviews of members are private and only visible by HH personnel and hosts.  They provide a necessary feedback for 1) Other hosts who might host a particular member in the future, and 2) our HH staff to address any issues with our members.  


Host reviews Boondockers Welcome members

If you are a Boondockers Welcome member, or have upgraded to include Boondockers Welcome, reviews left by hosts will be visible on your Boondockers Welcome profile.  Hosts provide reviews of members who have stayed at their location.
