First, I would recommend checking your spam folder to ensure you have not missed any emails from the Host. We have found that some of the Host's communication is going to Members' spam folders.  You may also want to add the email Team@HarvestHosts.com to your contact list so that emails will be sure to reach you.

If the host reply is not in your spam folder, please be patient as many of our Hosts are businesses that are based outdoors, so they may not be near their computer all the time.
