We have noticed that Harvest Host emails tend to be flagged as SPAM when sending to some email servers such as Yahoo and AOL. Please check your SPAM folder and confirm whether emails have filtered there. We have found that many password reset emails are going into these SPAM folders.

When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as "not spam."  Then, Yahoo (or your other email server) will learn that messages from a specific place are allowed, and it helps us make your Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

If you have a Yahoo email address, please mark the Harvest Host emails "not spam" by following the steps below:

Open the Spam folder. If you don't see the "Spam" folder, click More below the "Sent" folder.
Select the email.
Click Not spam to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
