In a nutshell, Harvest Hosts offers host locations at local businesses in which members can stay one night for free in exchange for making a nominal purchase with the local business. We currently have 2,500+ locations and are adding more each week!
Boondockers Welcome is a community that is built on reciprocity and individuals rather than businesses. One of the major differences is that you would be staying at private property. You can also stay for up to five nights depending on the Host's preferences, which are listed in the Host's profile. We have 3,000+ locations, and one of the great things about Boondockers Welcome is that over 75% of the Hosts have hook-ups available!
