The SMS texting feature is a new way for you to receive notifications about your stay requests. In order to start receiving these messages, you will need to edit a few items in your profile information on the website. You are not able to edit this information on the app at this time.
First login to the website https://membership.harvesthosts.com/login. Click on the Membership tab at the top of the screen and select, Manage Membership from the dropdown menu:
Next, you will select Account Details on the left-hand side of your screen. Please make sure your cell phone number is up to date on the website, as seen in step two below. Finally, you will need to check the box that allows our system to send you SMS text messages. If this box is not checked, you will not be able to receive these notifications.
