When members request to stay, there are two ways to approve a stay:  directly from the email/SMS text request OR from the Host Dashboard in the Member’s Portal on our website. You will be sent an email/SMS text notification with a link to review or approve the request. Clicking the link to review the request will take you to your Upcoming Stays on the Harvest Hosts website. You can also approve the request directly from the email by clicking on the Approve link/button.

Clicking this link in the text message will take you to a page on our website so you can approve or decline this request from your mobile phone.  Here is a sample of what you will see:

If you would prefer to batch them and check the stay requests once or twice a day, you can do that also by going to Manage Stays > Upcoming Stays.
