We believe transparency is important for both parties and both deserve to know the other's identity before the stay starts. We believe it also adds a layer of security.

We share this information - both about the host and guest -  simultaneously. But ONLY once you, as the host, click "accept".  So, as the host, you are in complete control of whether and when it happens.

Feel free to exchange as many messages back and forth first, ask for their phone number, talk by phone, etc. before you hit "accept". 

Before they are due to arrive, it's important that you go back to the message and click the Accept button so you can see THEIR real name and phone number as well. 

This way you don't have to give out your address or directions until then. Plus you'll have an additional security check available to you.  When they arrive, you could now ask for their ID if you want - to check that it matches the name they registered with us.
